Thinking about Trying MMA?

Starting in February Team G-Force MMA will be starting a new training sessions for Mixed Martial Arts. This class will be for anyone wanting to start training with us. The sessions will include basic boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu and MMA. This class is open to ages 16-up and will be held on Monday through Thursday at 6:00 pm till 7:00 pm. You do not have to want to fight in the cage to train with us for this class. In the future if you decide you want to try fighting in amateur MMA competition we can definitely place you into the sessions with high ranking amateurs and professionals.

Classes will be taught by Head Coach Ron Gabelman and other Professional MMA Fighters like Cody Gabelman, Charles Stanford and Marc McDonald. Open sparring classes will be held on weekends after you become a member.

“We have had people call about training, but in the past we only accepted people who wanted to fight in the cage.  With the growth of the sport and so many people concerned about their safety and health we decided to let everyone train,” said Cody Gabelman.

“There is no better way to learn self defense and get in shape then to train in Mixed Martial Arts. I been training with these guys for 5 years” said Terry Lay. Terry is a 50+ yr old member of G-Force.
